Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have done MBA in HR(Full time)
Should have 60% aggregate throughout the Academics with no backlogs.
Should have excellent communication and presentation skill.
Should have no gaps in b/w education.
Should have a good knowledge of HR process
Efficient Knowledge level on MS Office/MS Excel
Roles & Responsibilities
Error Free - Query resolution / Transaction processing on a day to day basis for HR operational processes (Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle Management, Absence Management, Payroll Processing / Validations, Exit process management, Various Statutory / Shop and Establishment Compliance etc )
Note: Should be ready to work in shifts (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
Should be ready to work on contract for 1 yr.
