Infosis, AMAZON, Bridge Works, First source, Adithya Birla minacs, Mphasis, Transgenez, Hinduja Global Solutions, Allsec Technologies, Buffered software solution, Locality, Serco, Tarahs Bussiness Solutions many more
Salary: 1lac to 4lac/annum
Work Location: Bangalore
Candidate should have,
Good Communication skills
Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, ositively and professionally.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Qualification: UG/Graduate (fresher or experience)
BE, B Tech, MBA & MCA candidate should have at least 1 year experience in BPO.
